The hydraulic cart beam punching machine of the 520 series is one of the most powerful punching machines available on the market. It is particularly characterized by the outstanding speed of the punching cart, low power consumption, high reliability and cutting quality. The large 750 mm x 750 mm punching table is designed to meet the operator's need to work with larger punching dies while centering them properly on the die.
Synchronized controls ensure maximum operator safety and high accuracy of cart travel as well as punching. The unique and powerful dynamic braking system stops the punching cart within the shortest possible time, prevents wear of the motor gearbox housing, enables easy maintenance and ensures maximum reliability.
It is used for punching flat parts with single or multiple dies, for both single-layer and multi-layer punching operations. Its range of application is therefore very wide, making it suitable for use in many industries. The 520/7 cart beam punching machine has a punching force of 25 tons, making it particularly suitable for punching with large punching dies and for high-strength materials.
