Shipping methods
Delivery to our customers takes place, depending on the selected shipping method, in approx. 1 - 3 days or within the delivery date specified for the respective product. In case of prepayment, the shipment will be made after receipt of payment. Should there be major delays in delivery, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Forwarding shipping
Large and bulky items are always shipped by insured forwarding agents and are handled by our long-standing logistics partners. We pack our forwarding shipments either on Euro or one-way pallets. We use appropriate packaging materials and additionally fix the shipments with several bands of lashing tape.
