The Atom SE 17 swing arm die cutter is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. Please refer to the attached pictures and videos for visual condition. An inspection and detailed examination of the purchased item, is expressly desired by arrangement.
It is used for punching flat parts with single or multiple tools, both for single-layer and multi-layer punching work. Its range of application is therefore very wide, which means that it is used in many branches of industry.
For example, it can be used to punch materials such as leather, rubber, imitation leather, packaging, labels, paper, tapes, textiles, cork, nonwovens, felt, sponges, gaskets, laminates, abrasives, carpets, electronic components, foams, automotive accessories such as soundproofing parts, and much more.
With its precise and robust construction, the Atom SE 17 swing-arm punching machine is designed for samples, small and medium batches, is mechanically very stable and easy to operate.
The user-friendly layout of the controls on the front of the swing arm and the automatic knife height adjustment with exact low position changeover via absolute encoder, fully automatically provides quick and convenient adjustment of the punching low point to different knife heights, without any adjustment by the operator, for varying punching jobs.
For safe operation, it is equipped with an accident-proof two-channel two-hand release with two-hand safety relay.
