The BAIER hot stamping machine is both technically and optically in a good used condition, is fully functional and ready for immediate use.
The model GEBA 1 is a universal, manually operated machine with toggle lever transmission, which is used in leather processing, in the plastics sector and by promotional article manufacturers. The small embossing machine is as universal as a Swiss Army knife and can be used quickly and easily for many different embossing tasks.
With its precise and robust construction, it is designed for samples, small and medium series, mechanically very stable, flexible to set up and easy to handle.
It is equipped with a 70 x 90 mm embossing plate and has a maximum embossing pressure of 600 kg (0 - 6 kN). A plate holding plate or clamping frame must be retrofitted as required and are not included in the scope of delivery.
The operating temperature can be set between 0 - 400 °C using the temperature control unit.
Due to the automatic foil feeding device, it can be used for foil stamping as well as for blind stamping.
The embossing machine is equipped with a working surface of 190 x 190 mm and an insert height of 0 - 130 mm.
