The Baier Geba 1/A hot stamping press is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. The optical condition can be seen in the attached pictures and videos. An inspection and detailed examination of the purchased item, is expressly desired by arrangement.
When it comes to hot stamping small and medium runs, the GEBA 1/A offers a solution that is as compact as it is convenient. The manually operated foil hot stamping press is particularly suitable for stamping business cards and promotional gifts made of wood, plastic or plastic, such as pocket calendars, napkins and cases. The BAIER GEBA 1/A is extremely easy to operate and impresses with its versatile range of accessories, which can also be used to meet individual embossing requirements. The embossing machine is as universal as a Swiss army knife and can be used quickly and easily for many different embossing tasks.
With its precise and robust construction, it is designed for samples, small and medium series, mechanically very stable, flexible to set up and easy to handle.
It is equipped with a 70 × 90 mm embossing plate and has a maximum embossing pressure of 800 kg (0 - 8 kN). A cliché holding plate is included in the scope of delivery.
The operating temperature can be continuously adjusted between 0 - 400 °C by means of the electronic temperature control unit.
Due to the automatic foil feeding device, it can be used for foil stamping as well as blind stamping.
The embossing machine is equipped with a 230 × 220 mm work table that can be moved in all directions and has a throat depth of 110 mm and an insert height of 0 - 180 mm.
