The Gierlich P800 hot stamping press is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. The optical condition can be seen in the attached pictures and videos. An inspection and detailed examination of the purchased item, is expressly desired by arrangement.
When it comes to hot stamping small and medium runs, the P-800 offers a solution that is as compact as it is convenient. The manually operated foil hot stamping press is particularly suitable for stamping business cards and promotional gifts made of wood, plastic or plastic, such as pocket calendars, napkins and cases. The P-800 is extremely easy to operate and impresses with its versatile range of accessories, which can also be used to meet individual embossing requirements. The embossing machine is as universal as a Swiss army knife and can be used quickly and easily for many different embossing tasks.
With its precise and robust construction, it is designed for samples, small and medium series, is mechanically very stable, can be set up flexibly and is easy to handle.
It is equipped with a 75 x 120 mm embossing plate and has a maximum embossing pressure of 800 kg (0 - 8 kN). For immediate start-up, a large cliché holding plate of 75 x 130 mm placement area is included in the scope of delivery.
The operating temperature can be continuously adjusted between 0 - 350 °C by means of the electronic temperature control unit. The setting scale, with the scale division of 0 - 100 dash, serves only as a mnemonic scale for a determined setting and does not give any percentage values or even temperature measurement. The temperature of the heating head can be taken from the mounted bimetal thermometer.
Due to the automatic foil feeding device, it can be used for foil stamping as well as for blind stamping. The foil feed is designed for a foil width of max. 90 mm whereby the foil transport length can be adjusted between 10 and 130 mm.
The embossing machine is equipped with an extendable work table of 200 x 260 mm and has an extension width of 130 mm.
