The Mebus Polisia 90/3W fettling machine is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. The optical condition can be seen in the attached pictures and videos. An inspection and detailed examination of the purchased item, is expressly desired by arrangement.
The model Polisia 90/3W is a turret polishing machine with manual changeover. It has a revolver polishing unit with three mechanically switchable shafts that can be set up quickly and flexibly. Thus, the polishing machine can be equipped with up to 12 polishing and grinding wheels simultaneously. The easy handling ensures dynamic working and the vibration-free running ensures perfect results.
The turret sectional polishing section is equipped with 5 switchable shafts suitable for single and double polishing irons.
Due to the integrated powerful extraction system with cotton and fine filter, dust and dirt free working is guaranteed. Coarse grinding and polishing waste and fine dust are collected in the respective containers and can be easily disposed of, through the front removable coarse and fine dust boxes.
The machine has a powerful 380 V, 1.38 KW heavy-duty power supply, with two thermally protected drive motors and a radial exhaust fan.
The turret polishing machine with manual changeover is used in all branches of the shoe and leather goods industry as well as in orthopedics. With its powerful and robust design, it is ideal for polishing, grinding, sharpening or cleaning out material surfaces. Leather polishing wheels, horsehair brushes, rag wheels and wool yarn wheels, for example, can be used as polishing fittings.
