The WSK 889 pneumatic hot stamping machine is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. The optical condition can be seen in the attached pictures and videos. An inspection and detailed examination of the purchased item, is expressly desired after consultation.
When it comes to hot stamping small and medium runs, the WSK 889 offers a solution that is as compact as it is convenient. The electro-pneumatic / semi-automatic hot stamping press is particularly suitable for stamping business cards and promotional gifts made of wood, plastic or plastic, such as pocket calendars, napkins and cases. The WSK 889 is extremely easy to operate and impresses with its versatile range of accessories, which can also meet individual embossing requirements in a practical way. The embossing machine is as universal as a Swiss army knife and can be used quickly and easily for many different embossing tasks.
With its precise and robust construction, it is designed for samples, small and medium series, mechanically very stable, flexible to set up and easy to handle.
It is equipped with a 140 x 100 mm embossing surface and has a maximum embossing pressure of 5 t (0 - 50 kN). The operating temperature can be continuously adjusted between 0 - 400 °C using the electronic temperature control unit.
The embossing time control can be continuously adjusted from O - 3 sec. or from O - 9 sec. via a switchable toggle switch.
The hot stamping machine is triggered via a foot switch.
It has an automatic sliding table with precise carriage guidance, a support surface of 360 x 250 mm, two index pins for attaching feed plates (templates) and a pneumatic clamping holder for the embossed material.
Foil embossing can be realized by means of the automatic foil feed together with a brake gear motor with a continuously adjustable length feed via time relay, up to a foil width of 160 mm.
