The Pfaff 1245 3 feed sewing machine is, as can be seen on the pictures, both technically and visually in a good used condition, is fully functional and ready for immediate use.
It has a powerful original Pfaff Servo-Top 220 V / 550 W motor including needle positioning. Due to the many adjustment possibilities with needle up and needle down functions, the work is made much easier and a better sewing result is guaranteed.
It is equipped with a large vertical hook, with large capacity of the bobbin. The manual back-tacking device allows accurate back-tacking "stitch-in-stitch" of the seam.
The sewing machine has a high pull-through force due to top feed with alternating feet and needle feed. This guarantees a smooth feed and a clean seam pattern even when processing heavy materials.
The high top feed stroke of 7.0 mm enables problem-free processing of thick materials and effortless overstitching of cross seams. With 14.0 mm passage, it is also easy to insert/remove bulky materials.
The Pfaff 1245 is very robust and durable in its construction. With suitable attachments and additional equipment, it is suitable for many sewing operations, such as welting work, zipper work or edging work. We have used the sewing machine for edge stitching leather.
The machine can be used to process different materials such as leather, faux leather, felt, PVC, canvas etc pp. For the reason, it is used in many different professions such as cobbler, shoemaker, bag maker, fine bag maker, saddler, car saddler, upholsterer, bookbinder, Riemer and so on.
