The Pfaff 335 3 feed arm sewing machine is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. The visual condition can be seen in the attached pictures and videos. An inspection and detailed examination of the purchased item, is expressly desired by arrangement.
The Pfaff 335 is a right-handed single needle arm sewing machine with horizontal hook, sliding thread lever, bottom, top and needle feed. It is used in all branches of the sewing industry. The machine can be used to process different materials such as leather, imitation leather, felt, PVC, canvas etc. pp. For this reason, it is used in many different professions such as shoemaker, bootmaker, bagmaker, fine bag maker, saddler, car upholsterer, bookbinder, burr maker, and so on.
The Pfaff 335 "Made in Germany" is very robust and durable in its construction. With suitable attachments and additional equipment, it is suitable for many sewing operations, such as welting work, zipper work, quilting work or binding work. We have used the sewing machine for edge quilting and binding work. If needed, the sewing machine can be quickly and easily converted and set up for binding work.
With the triple feed - bottom feed, needle feed and alternating foot top feed - material of different thicknesses as well as those with rough, slightly slippery or sticky surfaces are evenly transported in several layers. This prevents the layers of material lying on top of each other from shifting. The sewing machine has a high pull-through force. This ensures smooth feed and a clean and even seam pattern at all times, even when processing heavy materials.
The feed movements of the top feed, needle and knife-gate valve take place simultaneously and are set at a common stitch regulator lever. This ensures exact synchronization of the feed movements when regulating the stitch length, even with reverse stitching.
The hook is driven by bevel gears which are encapsulated and provided with special grease.
This is the Pfaff 335 in the H3 stroke version, with a maximum passage height - stroke heights of the top feed dog and presser foot - of 14 mm, enabling easy insertion/removal of voluminous materials, trouble-free processing of thick materials and effortless overstitching of cross seams.
It features a powerful Efka variostop 380 V / 600 W heavy-duty motor including motor control and needle positioning. Thanks to the many adjustment options with needle up and needle down functions, work is made much easier and a better sewing result is achieved.
The manual back-tacking device allows exact back-tacking "stitch-in-stitch" of the seam.
