The Prym PP20 piecing machine is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. The optical condition can be seen in the attached pictures and videos. An inspection and detailed examination of the purchased item, is expressly desired by arrangement.
It is designed for processing closure and fastening systems, eyelets and rivets, in special areas of application, especially for high-strength carrier materials and technical product applications. The articles are manually inserted into the upper and lower punches. The articles to be processed can be applied to any type of fabric without readjusting the machine if the fabric type and thickness are within the specified values.
The Prym PP20 generates a maximum piecing pressure of 12000 N (1.2 to) at 6 bar. A pressure switch head (automatic pressure sensing) ensures that the required piecing pressure is reliably achieved for each work cycle.
For work safety, the machine is equipped with a movable (active) finger guard in the piecing area.
