The USM SB-20 swing arm die cutter is in good used condition, fully functional, cleaned and ready for immediate use. The optical condition can be seen in the attached pictures. Especially for the sale an oil change with 50 ltr. hydraulic oil HLP 32 was made on 30.03.2016. A copy of the invoice is enclosed.
It is used for punching flat parts with single or multiple tools, both for single-layer and multi-layer punching. Its range of application is therefore very wide, making it suitable for use in many industries.
For example, it can be used to punch materials such as leather, rubber, imitation leather, packaging, labels, paper, tapes, textiles, cork, fleece, felt, sponges, gaskets, laminates, abrasives, carpets, electronic components, foams, automotive accessories such as soundproofing parts and much more.
With its precise and robust construction, the USM SB-20 swing-arm die-cutting machine is designed for samples, small and medium series, is mechanically very stable and easy to use.
With the user-friendly layout of the controls on the front of the swing arm and the semi-automatic knife device, it is possible to quickly and conveniently adjust the punching depth to different knife heights for varying punching work.
For safe operation, it is equipped with an accident-proof two-channel two-hand release with two-hand safety relay.
